We take the stress out of finding and designing your dream home, offering exclusive properties and personalized services for a seamless experience.
I’m Kathy Gladys Colon, Founder & CEO of Nova Lux DR Properties. My journey to launching this company began while caring for a loved one and frequently traveling between New York and the Dominican Republic. I found myself staying in various villas and falling in love with the beauty of the country. However, navigating the process of finding and furnishing a property was anything but easy.
After years of experience in executive roles at global companies like Microsoft, IBM Watson, and Salesforce, I knew I could offer something different—a real estate company that not only helps people find their dream homes but makes the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Nova Lux DR Properties was born out of that desire to merge my passion for business, health and wellness and the Dominican Republic, providing a holistic approach to luxury real estate. I’m here to guide you with local expertise, personalized service, and a commitment to creating spaces where you can build lasting memories.
